Wexford Place Homes Association

Wexford Place is a quiet community of 30 buildings consisting of 89 residential units. The community is near historic downtown Parkville, Missouri, and part of the greater Kansas City area. There are a variety of shopping options within a short distance of the neighborhood.

The Wexford Place Homes Association was established in 1986 as a General Not For Profit Corporation and is supported through dues paid by owners. The Association's Board of Directors are volunteers from the community and elected by the membership (owners). The Board has the overall responsibility to govern and manage the general affairs of the Association.

Effective 1 January 2025 the dues are $225.00 per month.  The HOA dues provide for landscaping services, snow removal and additional amenities for the benefit of the entire community (see HOA Dues Covered Services link to the right).

All owners are encouraged to review the Homes Association Declaration (1986), the Restatement of Declaration of Protective Covenants (2019), Association By-Laws (2023) and the Rules and Regulations (2023) for specific details and information. Additionally, the links to the right include the Association Project Proposal Form.  This is required to be submitted and approved prior to any work impacting the outside of your unit or landscape areas. See the form for exceptions as well.

All owners are required to maintain full replacement value insurance on your unit as well as identify Wexford Place HOA as an additional insured on your policy in accordance with governing documents.  Contact the Board of Directors for additional information.

Owners should also be sure to review the document titled Year 2026 Owner Responsibility (link to the right) to learn about special assessments that will go into effect in 2026.

Members, please remember that you have access to additional information (look for the padlock items) via this page, through your private log-in. If you need assistance, please contact the Board Secretary.
