Owner Project Proposal Form (2024)

A Project Proposal form must be completed and submitted to the Board of Directors when an owner is considering any work that impacts the external portion of their unit. Examples are new gutters, garage doors, satellite dishes, and more, as well as any repairs or replacements. This document must be reviewed and approved prior to starting any work.

(Under emergency conditions, an owner may have repairs or work completed that impacts the internal or the external portion of their unit that limits additional damages without a project proposal approval.  At the earliest opportunity, owners should submit information about this work to the Board for its records.)
