This user-friendly document provides owners with information on specific rules and regulations approved by the Association. It also details the requirements for homeowner's insurance and explains what aspects of home maintenance are the owner's responsibility versus what aspects are the responsibility of the Association. Owners can also find information on the rules for making changes to their home, including how to submit a Project Proposal, which is required for changes or modifications that impact the exterior of a unit or building.
